Equipment List


The Equipment List provides access to the basic data the Hotel PM system requires for equipment in your hotel. Equipment can be a very general term refering not only to specific pieces of equipment in the hotel but also to less specific preventive maintenance procedures, such as washing the exterior windows of the hotel. Any maintenance activity not associated with a specific room can be described in the Equipment List.

Equipment List

The Equipment List provides wasy access to the equipment in the hotel. Equipment can be added to the list at any time by clicking on the Add button. By clicking on a specific piece of equipment in the list you will have the ability to Edit, Copy or Delete it by clicking on the appropriate button. The Close button is used to put away the Equipment List when you are done with it.

 

Equipment commands provided by Hotel PM are:

Add -- to insert new equipment into the database

Edit -- to make modifications to the information on a piece of equipment

Copy -- to use an existing piece of equipment as a template for additional equipment

Delete -- to remove equipment from the Equipment List
