Room List


The Room List provides the basic information needed by the Hotel PM system for each room in the hotel.

 

Four commands are provided for maintaining the Room List.

1) Add a room manually, after the first room has been entered, its data can serve as a template for subsequent rooms.

2) Edit an existing Room to complete or modify information about a particular room.

3) Copy the data from an existing ROOM, this allows for rapid duplication of rooms.

4) Delete provides the capability to remove a particular room from the database.

 

When you have finished working with the room List click the Close button to close the room list.
