The Data Menu provides the commands necessary to build the database describing your hotel or hotels. Each database is comprised of seven(7) major components; Hotel name or names, Room descriptions, Equipment descriptions, the Staff and/or Contractors that perform the necessary maintenance tasks, Service Areas, Equipment Locations, and standard Maintenance Tasks.
Before anything else the database describing each hotel must be built. Additional information and changes can be made at any time.
The Data Menu also contains Print commands to output the individual lists after they have been entered.
