The Staff List provides convenient access to information on hotel staff and contractors. The Staff List is the pool of personel available to perform preventive maintenance and service calls. From the Staff List you can Add, Edit or Delete hotel staff and contractors as necessary.
In a single hotel database all of your personel data management tasks are performed from the Staff List. When dealing with a multiple hotel database the Assign Contractor command under the Hotel List will also be used to manange the assignment or staff to individual hotels.
Staff database commands are:
