The final component of the database is the Staff that will perform the maintenance work at your hotel. The staff can be individuals on the hotel staff, independent contractors, outside companies or some combination of all three.
From the Data Menu select Staff to open the Staff Lst. Then click the Add button to enter staff and/or contractors. A brief discusion of the appears on the Add Staff page. More details on the Staff List can be found under the Data Menu .
If you are going to manage more than one hotel from a central location your staff and contractors will have to be assigned to each of the hotels. Please refer to the Assign Contractors command under Hotels in the Data Menu for information on this task.
Once you have added the staff click Close to put the Staff List away and you will be ready to begin scheduling maintenance tasks.
