Adding Staff

 

The Add Staff window allows you to provide a complete description of each staff member or contractor. Company name, Abbreviation and Contact name can be used to identify individuals and companies that provide services to your hotel. Only the abbreviation is needed to identify each entry in the Staff List.

 

For hotel personnel the company name could be your hotel name, "Hotel Staff" or even blank. The contact name would be the staff member's name. While the phone number could be used for an extension or radio number.

 

When working with outside contractors the Add Staff window provides a complete description of the firm. The optional Insurance Renewal Date provides an easy way to verfiy that outside contractors are properly issured.

 

The Hotel PM system allows you to further identify staf by assigning them to Groups that you define. These groups can be used to produce special reports. These are discussed under Reports.
