Hotel PM provides reports that present the information in the database from the Print command under the Data Menu. These command provide straight forward lists of the Room, Equipment, Hotels and Staff in the Database. When multiple hotels are combined in a single database Room and Equipment can be printed for a single hotel. The Contractor List shows how Staff has been assigned when a multi-hotel database is in use. For a single hotel the Contractor amd Staff reports contain the same information.
