Click Room List from the Print option of the Data Menu to request a print out of Rooms in the Database. The options menu will be displayed. This allows you to select a specific hotel when multiple hotels are in the database. All hotels can be included in the report by leaving the field empty.
You can also select how the report will be sorted by clicking on the appropriate radio button.
Click Print to produce the report in the Print Preview window.
