Schedule Menu

From the Scheduling menu preventive maintenance for Equipment, In Room HVAC Units, and Rooms can be assigned. The Hotel PM system will create work orders for each maintenance task when it is assigned to your staff or to an outside contractor. Once the necessary maintenance has been completed the next service date will be assigned based on established maintenance frequency.

 

Service Calls provide the ability to issue work orders for unscheduled maintenance requests from guests or hotel staff. They may also be used to track follow-up work generated during the performance of regular maintenance tasks.

 

The Scheduling Menu also provides access to the command to complete maintenance requests and service calls throught the Complete Work Order command.
