Open a Service Call


Opening A Service Call

 

Service Calls provide a means of tracking work done outside the scope of the preventive maintenance that the system schedules. These may be emergencies, special requests and follow up actions initiated by preventive maintenance.

 

To open a Service Call click the Service Call button on the tool bar or select Open a Service Call from the Scheduling Menu. This will open the service call window. Simply fill out the form with date, hotel, location, and name of the requesting party. Then select a problem code from the drop down list. Additional details describing the request can be entered. Finally the request is assigned to a Staff member or Contractor.
