Review Room Check Lists


As stated earlier the Hotel PM program includes a set of Room Check Lists, often called punch lists. There is a check list for each of the three default room types. These room types are Guest Room, Meeting Room and Public Space. The Check Lists are printed on the work orders issued for room maintenance inspections. It is recommended that you review the default Check Lists to see if the fit the needs of your individual hotel or brand.

 

The easiest way to review the Check Lists is to use the print sample command provided by the program. From the MenuBar select System the Room Check List and finally Print Sample . A sample check list for each room type will be printed.

The default check list for each room type can be modified by adding, removing and reordering the headings and the items under each heading. See Room Check Lists in the Command section of this User Guide for information on how to edit the Check List for each type of room. It is also possible to create additional Room Types when desired.
