A vital part of the Room Maintenance process is the development of a Check List for each type of room in the system. These chaeck lists can be customized for each hotel database. The Room Checklist menu provides five(5) commands to assit in building and maintenance of the room checklists. The system also provides for the creation of additional room types; which will have their own check lists.
New Room Types can be created or existing ones can be renamed.
The Edit Check List command provides the facility to build or modify your checklists.
Status Codes allow control of the column headings which appear in the checklist.
Print Data provides an Outline view of the checklists for each room type.
Print Example will print an Example of the checklist for each room type.
