The room inspection checklists, see sample below, include four columns of check boxes a=that are used to indicate the status of each item/task in the checklist. The heading for these columns can be customized to meet the needs of your hotel. The default values for the column headings are OK, PNT, REP, RPL. These stand for Paint (PNT), Repair (REP), and Replace(RPL). While these may seem universal, they can be easily modified to meet your needs.
