The Main screen provides access to the all program functions from the Menu Bar (File, Schedule, Status, Reports, Data, System, Help) and the Tool Bar (the icons) just below it.
Clicking on a word in the Menu Bar causes a list of commands to drop-down for selection of the specific operation to be performed. The icons on the Tool Bar provide direct access to the more commonly used commands. For tool bar icons with and arrow to their right, clicking on the arrow will provide a drop down list of the available commands.
In the sections which follow the commands for each category in the Menu Bar and the commands of the Tool Bar will be described.
The status bars at the bottom of the screen provide license information and identifies the current database. The current system date and time are also shown.
