The Status Menu allows you to review the status of Work Orders in the system.
All Work Orders can be reviewed at once with the All Requests command or they can be broken down into distinct categories. Categories supported include Service Calls, Preventive Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance and Room Maintenance. Within each category the work orders can be further divided to show All Requests, Open Requests or Completed Requests (see the figure below.) Once you have selected the desired work order category Hotel PM uses a standard format to present the selected work orders.
