From this tab on the Open Database window you can easily switch to a previously used database. The Hotel PM system maintains a list of the last eight (8) databases used. Simply click on a database name in the list of files then click the Open button. THe selected database is opened.
System defaults and preferences will be updated to match those in the database. This includes work order numbering, Action Taken Codes, Equipment Codes, Problem Codes and Room Check Lists.
Data such as Hotels, Rooms, Equipment and Staff will be directed to the newly opened database. Work Order records are also taken from the newly opend database.
