Problem Codes

 

Service Calls are classified by Problem code when they are entered into the system.  The Problem code allow reports to be generated according to the type of service required. This will help in determining and documenting the type of service calls being received.

 

Problem codes are limited to 10 characters or fewer.  This is done to keep system reports as concise as possible. Detailed descriptions of each service call are saved with the service calls and always available for inspection.

 

Like other system lists the Problem Code list can be printed.
