This window allows you to select the font that the Hotel PM system will use when generating printed output. The specific fonts in the list will vary based on the fonts actually installed on a given computer. Reports produced by Hotel PM appear best when a fixed pitch font is used. A 10 point Courier New font was used to produce the reports that appear in this User Guide. Feel free to experiment with fonts, both fixed and proportional to find the one which best suits your needs.
A font should be selected when the system is first installed. The Hotel PM program will attempt to select "Courier New" at 10 points as the default font when the program first runs. Due to the variations in fonts on any given computer it is a good idea to verify the font has been correctly set before printing reports. If you encounter formating problems in the printing of a particular you may want to try printing the report with a 10 point fixed pitch font such as Courier New, to see if the problem is corrected.
