The Page Setup window is used to specify the printer to be used by the Hotel PM system. This choice needs to made when the system is first installed and then if the target printer is changed. This should be done before and reports are requested. While the Print Preview window employed by Hotel PM will allow you to change the printer, changing the printer after the report preview has been produced can cause unexpected changes in the appearance of the printed report.
