Each hotel has the following data:
Complete Name
Abbreviation
Two lines of Address information
City,
State and Zip Code
Manager's Name
Phone Number
With the exceptions of the Hotel name and Abbrviation the Hotel information is optional. It is provided as a means of producing complete reports for all of the Hotels being supported from this location. Clcik the Add button to save the data entered on the form. When you have finished adding hotels to the database click the Close button to return to the Hotel List.
