The initial Hotel List for a new database is empty. Clcik the Add button to open a window from which data for a new hotel can be added. The data entry screen for a hotel is shown below.
Each hotel has the following data:
Complete Name
Abbreviation
Two lines of Address information
City,
State and Zip Code
Manager's Name
Phone Number
With the exceptions of the Hotel name and Abbrviation the Hotel information is optional. It is provided as a means of producing complete reports for all of the Hotels being supported from this location.
After it has been added the Hotel Name, abbreviation, Manager and Phone Number will be shown in the Hotel List.
A single hotel is all that is required to move on to the next phase of the input process.
