You can change between databases from the Open Database window by selecting the Existing tab. From this window you can browse through the file system of your computer to locate existing Hotel PM databases. Click on a file name in the right hand list to select it. Its name will appear in the lower text box. Click Open to access the database.
System defaults and preferences will be updated to match those in the database. This includes work order numbering, Action Taken Codes, Equipment Codes, Problem Codes and Room Check Lists.
Data such as Hotels, Rooms, Equipment and Staff will be directed to the newly opened database. Work Order records are also taken from the newly opend database.
