From time to time it may be necessary to delete a Hotel from the database. Deletions should be undertaken with care. Once a Hotel has been deleted it is no longer available to the data entry screens. The Hotel along with all Rooms and Equipment associated with the Hotel will be deleted.
For the sake of completeness Deleted Hotels will continue to be listed in historical reports.
Press the Delete button to remove the hotel from your database or press Close to exit the window and leave the hotel in the databse. In either case you will be returned to the hotel list.
