Action Taken or Completion codes can be defined to meet the needs of your Hotel. For uniformaity and speedier data entry it is often usefull to build a list of standard completion codes that can be referenced by staff and contractors when a work order is completed.
Completion code numbers and associated phrases can be assigned in an arbitrary manner. It is generally useful to group Action codes into functional groups. For instance 1-99 could be general actions, 100-109 standard equipment maintenance codes, 110-119 stabdard room maintenance actions, and 200-220 action which require follow up work. The actual code numbers and ranges should be designed to meet the needs of your Hotel.
The system also provides the ability to print the Action Codes with their associated phrases, as seen below.
